Like to eat these pickles when having chicken rice at Katong Shopping Centre .. saw the recipe posted in a blog, feel that the ingredients and method is so easy, and found all the ingredients in my fridge .. so ........... ta-da !!!


Appetizer
Ingredients A:
Cucumber : 1 pc ( Remove both ends and slice )
Carrot : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)
Pineapple : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)
Onion : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)

Ingredients B:
Sugar : 100g
Hot water : 150g

Ingredients C:
White vinegar : 200g

Method:
1) Prepare and cut all the ingredients as in (A) , leave aside for later use
2) Dissolve sugar in hot water, leave it to cool
3) Pour vinegar into water mixture, stir well
4) Add in Cucumber, carrot, pineapple, onion, stir well and
leave in fridge for 1 hour
