Steam Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

Saw this recipe in a forum but hesitated for quite some time before really pluck up my courage to try it .. no fanciful deco because I just want to try the texture and taste only .. outcome was very soft, fluffy and moist but the base was wet .. will try again to find out why ..

    hey Kellie, its Dralion's recipe right? it does not work on paper cups. Only on cake tins or pans. I have also tried it. the heat from the cake pan cooks the batter. whereas paper cups doesn't. thus its wet at the base.

    Yes Gina, it's indeed Dralion's recipe .. except the paper cups but the texture is really nice .. will wanted to try to bake it instead by substituting with cake flour or top flour ..
