3-tier wedding cake

One of the most challenging cakes I've ever done so far !!! 

When my SIL Carolyn Pao told me that she wanted to surprise her daughter on her wedding day and asked if I could bake and design a cake for her .. of course it's a YES!!!

I felt very excited as I wanted to try on this Korean buttercream flower cake as it is rather popular lately, so I decided to make this specially for my dear niece...

last min request by my dear repeat customer Carine ... since i will be baking for Mike, so I agreed to do a very small and simple cake for her to bless her bestie :D

I got to know that these bears are named 'Me to You', and hmmmm ... they are lovely! This ROM cake was requested by Sherrifer, she didn't have any design in mind but just wanted it to be white and purple. oh my .. the little roses took me hours to complete, need to rest in between making them but love how it look when the cake's finally assembled.
