Mickey Mouse Toppers

I was very worried if I can mould them, as I know - Mickey is not easy to make (at least for me )., especially couldn't get the feel of it, regretted a bit as I was worried that I can't make them .. so I've done my best to get his character as close as possible.

Aloysius wanted me to accept it as he loves the little boy, he will be celebrating his 1st birthday next saturday.

Request to make 12 pcs of 2D Mickeys and 1 pc of 3D Mickey ..

Made these toppers for my friend's order .. her customer needs Princess theme and LV Handbags .. so I hope that these will be able to fit the theme.

Superman Theme Cuppies

My buddy - Eve's sons loves Superman .., it's his birthday on 2 Nov, too early but she can only come today to deliver the rice wine to me .. it was meant to be a surprise for her !! or rather it's little an2's surprise .. hahaha



I used Stef's brownin muffin recipe .. a bit 'overbaked' as the test should be a bit of moist crumb cling to the toothpick, but mine is clean .. so it's overbaked ., need to adjust to a shorter time on her orders .. ;P

Cupcake TOppers again

These are 4 of the 20 cupcake orders that I've received from a forum friend - Stef, since she's ordering for her church's children's ministry, I just charged her $1.60 per cuppies with designs. I just love to do all these especially for church's missions.

Saw this recipe in a forum but hesitated for quite some time before really pluck up my courage to try it .. no fanciful deco because I just want to try the texture and taste only .. outcome was very soft, fluffy and moist but the base was wet .. will try again to find out why ..

Children's Cell Group cuppies

These cuppies were meant for my boys' cell group meeting tonight. Made of Mocha-Chocolate Chip-Banana Muffins, frosted with chocolate buttercream. However, they didn't manage to celebrate the anniversay because their cell leader was unable to fetch them there, Mike went for D&D .. so .. sigh!!! just for viewing purpose :(
