Strawberry Heart Jelly Cheesecakes

Love this 'Strawberry Heart Jelly Cheesecake' .. these were the 4th or 5th time that I made ..

This is a small one which I made for Mike's office prayer group member - Josephine's elder son's

birthday when we went to her house for their monthly fellowship .. wanted to contribute a dessert but Mike told me that it was also Jerald's birthday .. so cut out the strawberries to form the words by using a cutter and glad that they can be seen quite clearly :D

Hello Kitties again

Made these for cgm, although I was very tired doing all the household chores by myself, Mike needs to be around for his company's conference with their Asean counterparts .., but cell leader wants to have the meeting as usual. I wanted to rest, but knowing Mike's heart .. I have to prepare the house for the meeting.

However, these kitties were done a day before, ie .. Wednesday, and immediately finished the agar2 ., I ironed all the clothings ..simply ... TIRED!

Haha . .. added the eyes ( chocolate chips ) and whiskles ( chocolate rice ).. welcome, HELLO KITTY! !! .heeeeeeeee




I am still not feeling too well, but still decide to make the kitties before the coconut milk expires. The overall colour is nice, but I was told to try to pipe in
the eyes after being the kitties chilled .. will definitely try again .. hahaha, that's me lah !



As requested, these are the moulds that I've made the jelly of .. it looks metallic because it was stacked by several of them, the material is a thin layer of plastic.

Like to eat these pickles when having chicken rice at Katong Shopping Centre .. saw the recipe posted in a blog, feel that the ingredients and method is so easy, and found all the ingredients in my fridge .. so ........... ta-da !!!


Appetizer
Ingredients A:
Cucumber : 1 pc ( Remove both ends and slice )
Carrot : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)
Pineapple : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)
Onion : 1 pc (remove skin, slice)

Ingredients B:
Sugar : 100g
Hot water : 150g

Ingredients C:
White vinegar : 200g

Method:
1) Prepare and cut all the ingredients as in (A) , leave aside for later use
2) Dissolve sugar in hot water, leave it to cool
3) Pour vinegar into water mixture, stir well
4) Add in Cucumber, carrot, pineapple, onion, stir well and
leave in fridge for 1 hour
