Car theme for Milo Ice

specially baked and designed this cake for my younger sis Mae, for her to give to her best friend's son as a birthday gift :), he has a very unique name - MILO ICE!

This year, Jasmine requested to have a race car theme for Cebestin's 3rd Birthday cake and provided so many toy cars to me for decoration ,  not sure why I applied such strong colours but overall seems pretty ok after a few more glances :)

Just when I thought that I can rest and kept all my tools aside, my dear cell leader's wife - Wee Leng called and asked if I can help her to make 2 cakes for her colleagues .. this one was a very small and simple cake with any car figurine.

Rainbow & Cars

Shi Yi and Kert are our church friends and I certainly love to create a cake specially for their little Samuel's 1st Birthday when they approached me :)

Shi Yi told me that she has no special theme but maybe just cars for him, so I've decided to create a rainbow cake & colourful little cars .. and not to forget the baby which inspired by Glad as I really love the little barefoot baby that she made earlier :D

Ivan's Peugeot car

Shem requested for a peugeot car for her hubby dearest's cake and with their sweet family of 4 to celebrate his 40th birthday :D

Keane's BMW M3

Keane always give me challenges in making his cakes .. from the Army tank to Transformer cake .. and to this BMW M3 car, I always freak out when I am asked to mould these themes because seriously .. I'm really not so good in all these but at times I do want give it a try.

Mae loves this lemon buttercake very much and she just want it plain .. she had been asking me to mould her a VW car when she saw what I did for Matilda last month :D .. so happy that she likes it .. muacksssss!

Car Cake

Princess Stevlynn shared the same birthday as daddy Steven, hence mummy Adelynn said that she can't leave out hubby dearest on this very important day, so she decided to have a small car cake to celebrate together on that day.

She requested to have a family of 3 and just leave the cake design to me , thanks so much dear :D

Matilda's VW Beetle cake

Raymond & Rosalind Ho are another very special friends to our family in the church, they kept us in prayers, offered help and showed us so much love during our difficult period. Last year, she had already told me that Maltida might want to celebrate her 21st birthday this year and I glady offered to bake her a cake to bless her with what God has given me.

Ros came to my house 2 weeks ago to confirm that cake that Matilda wished to have, her dream car and the theme to be in hot pink, dark purple and white. I was pretty excited as I've never carve a car cake before and because it's not a paid order, so the stress was not there .. all I need to do was to ask for our Heavenly Father's guidance and wisdom to help me to make it as nice as possible as all I love to see was Matilda's smile when she sees the cake :D

This is a 3 tier cake ( Bottom tiers = 7"+8" square cakes, I've carved the car by using a 6" square cake hence there are some wastage after carving )

Car theme for little Ian

Sharon Lu is my church friend, Audrey's cell member whom is of course from our church .. heeee.., she wanted to have some of little Ian's toy cars on his 3rd Birthday cake, I am not really good in moulding car figurines, but since they are toys .. so I think , ... I should be able to ... :D

Mini Cooper

Winnie wanted to give her dear hubby a surprise with a mini cooper cake , initially I was quite worried as I am really not too good in moulding cars as such .. but she really likes it and ... that's a relief for me ;D

Hey! That's my Skyliner :D

My dearest sis ordered this cake for her colleague's hubby .. he is always very proud of his Nissan Skyliner ...

But, I told her that I couldn't mould a car, it's not easy .. it's the 2nd car but Praise God that I can finally made the shape though it doesn't really resemble the real one .. hahahahaha .. errmmm, lamp post is a candle ..

So, Francis sitting there before really reaching 30 .. for a nice breeze and an opportunity for others to admire his precious darling .. hahahahaha

Sunshine Boy

I've received this special order for a little boy whom is allergic to many food .. the cake can't contain eggs, any diary products, berries, chocolate, nuts, so I searched the net and found one recipe without the above ingredients.

After baked .. tasted the cake and find that texture is not bad .., a very nice fragrant of soya bean milk ., Aloysius wanted to try as he felt very sorry for the little boy, his comment is - hmmmm, nice and good that it's sweet , the boy will like the cake ..

Really hope that little Reuben will like this sunshine cake and wish that his life will be full of sunshine and our Lord is always watching over him and taking good care of him .. God Bless!

PRAISE GOD!!! GOD is really so good to little Reuben, I am not just only happy because feedback that he loved this cake but most importantly, Faith called to inform me that he is now free of allergies! It may seem impossible, but our Lord made it happened .. Praise God that prayers had been answered .. and I really felt that joy from the bottom of my heart ...

David's cake ... YEAH!

It's finally done! I made yam cake yesterday but failed terribly .. got to throw it away .. was so sad, and somehow affected my mood to make sis' cake ..

So thought of making this fruit pastry as Mae's family was having flu symtom lor.


Then, I covered it with fondant .. and Praise God that the figurines are all intact .. still dry, but started to become sticky as it was raining the whole day.









Marcus had been complaining when he saw Mae's cake which I made for her last month, he said that he and his daddy should be there too, so in order to please him, I made him and his mummy waiting for his daddy to pick them up lor .., but then .. why he didn't mention that his parents were not with 'him' for his birthday cake leh ?? hahaha
