CNY Blessing Cake

I was so amazed to receive bro YongDe's sharing through SMS when I was thinking of a verse for this cake that I've designed for Mike and his colleagues. How appropriate!

"If you notice the chinese word 'FU' (blessing) actually contains 'YI' (clothing) and 'YI-KOU-TIAN' (a meal of grain). GOD is saying to us to be contented is a blessing. Let me share a scripture . 1 Tim 6:6-8

6.Now godliness with contentment is great gain. 7.For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.

Verse 8 is talking about 'FU' (blessing), what a relevation!, I didn't know it would lead me to this verse. Praise the LORD."

Zion's Disney Car theme cake

This cake was specially designed for my church friend Daniel Tang's youngest son - Zion's 4th birthday for their small family celebration today.

Megan told me that Zions' new fav car character is Secret Agent other than Lightning McQueen, hence I had to google search for it and tried my best to mould it .. and was glad that the little birthday boy loves it :D Blessed Birthday Zion!!!

My buddy dearest's birthday cake

Carol is my buddy dearest and loved my 3 boys very much, hence I couldn't missed making a cake for her every year even if I am very busy :)

I was glad that she and her family loved the cake.

Little Summer's animal tub cake

Serene's cake was long overdued to be posted since Jan 7 too , I was indeed very happy to see her email again for her 2nd child's 1st Birthday cake.

She likes this cake design but to replace the frogs to a lamb & cow for little Isabelle's younger baby sister Summer's cake :)

I was so happy to know that she and her guests loved the cake and design. :D :D :D

Wen Ning's sweet Pooh Garden

This cake picture was long overdued since Jan 2 but just couldn't find back those kind of passion to share almost immediately after cake being collected :)

I was so happy to see Ee Han's email last year that she wanted to have a cake to celebrate their 2nd child - Wen Ning's 1st Birthday. I did a cake for her darling Le Yang in 2009 and was glad that they've added a new member to their lovely family :)

Ee Han left the design to me but just need 3 basic items as little Wen Ning likes likes fumbling with balloons, keys and her milk bottle. I was very happy that they loved the cake !!!
