Finally tried out Vi's Fruit Pastry, and the aroma is really very nice while baking, texture of the cake is soft .., and smell nice!!

It's Katini's Birthday today, so wanted to make her a cake which looks elegant as she is a more 'serious' lady .. hahaha !! no lah , just feel that she suits this design .. heeeeeee

It's made of mochoa coffee sponge with chocolate fresh cream, used fruit jam to wrap the cake before layered with the white sugar paste, hope that it wouldn't melt before she sees it..

Father's Day Cake for Mike

BonVoyage Cake for Pastor Tim

Baked a durian cake for Pastor Tim as he and Sister Joanne will be going for a missionary trip to India for 3 weeks. We cut the cake at the airport to share with our other church friends and really glad to know that they love the cake.

Marcus' Cake

Its my nephew - Marcus' birthday, but its on 14 June, we need to go to Church Camp from 11th - 14th June, no time to bake for him - so many days in advance lor!!

Actually wanted to go to my mum's house to celebrate with him, Aloy & Aleo were looking forward to it, but they're going out, although my boys were very dissapointed, but what to doooooooo ??? Anyway .. have a blessed birthday, Marcus

Ping's birthday also fall almost the same day as Marcus', hers in 13 June, .. also need to make in advance, she will be coming to collect this evening, hope that she will spend her bday with Hazel .. blessed one !!

Mei Yan's Cuppies

Made these cuppies for Mei Yen, she shared the same birthday with Marcus, so couldn't make 2 cakes at a time, mum and 'gang' can't finish them in one day .. haha .. Blessed Birthday in advance .. so sorry! I have to go to church camp on Sunday .. so many days in advance

Mango Mousse Cake

Thanks to Jo, I made this mango cake just now .. not feeling well, but too many mangoes at home. Also, already promised Crystal that will make mango cake on Daryl's birthday, but because can't have whipping cream as filling for my fondant cake .. so changed last minute.

Not sure how's the taste yet .. pray hard !! Amen!

Not enough gelatine powder, so used konnyaku jelly .. haha !! and 1st time doing mirror top .. failure !!

I am so happy, Aleo requested me to cut 1 small slice for him , at the same time - I also cut 1 slice for Mike, he told me that the case is very nice .. soft and the mango mousse is nice .. Praise the Lord!
