It's Alex's birthday today .. Blessed Birthday Alex !! Initially I really didn't know what theme to make for him, then ... after much research again .., came come to this, hope that he and Carol will like them .. banana muffins inside .. yummy!!!!!!!!

Aloysius also requested for a special set of cuppies for Mrs Tan. She is his Maths Teacher and also Mike's Primary School Form Teacher, which made her so special to him, haha ..

Teacher's Day Cake

Aloysius requested me to bake a 2Kg cake for his class celebration for Teacher's Day. After much research, I found this design which I didn't see many people made .. and it's special .. !!

The cake was made of Chocolate Cake and Mocha Coffee Cream Filling, it taste nice and was finished by his class ..

Received feedback from him that all his classmates came to him to thank me specially which really made my day .. the teachers also amazed by the cake too !! All's worth!

Children's Cell Group cuppies

These cuppies were meant for my boys' cell group meeting tonight. Made of Mocha-Chocolate Chip-Banana Muffins, frosted with chocolate buttercream. However, they didn't manage to celebrate the anniversay because their cell leader was unable to fetch them there, Mike went for D&D .. so .. sigh!!! just for viewing purpose :(

BeeHive cake again !!

Heee .. another order for beehive cake .. from Carol to her elder sis ..
its made of fresh fruit cake .. I put peaches and pineapples in it .. don't know how's the taste ..hahaha!!

The Queenie Bee represents her elder sis .. a teacher !! Their working lives are just like bees ... :D

Going to make these cuppies for my boys, Aloysius requested me to bake them for his teachers .. then at the same time, I asked if my friends want to order from me .. and they asked for sample .. so here it is ..heeeeeeeeeeee

Irene just came to collect the cuppies, really hope that they are up to her expectation and her guests will like them .. God bless her family .. and little Kaelyn .. :D Though I worked from morning till late evening - without cooking lunch for the boys .. but they are very understanding and volunteered to buy their own packet lunches without disturbing me .. muack !!!
