Children's Day Cake

Tomorrow is Children's Day, our church will be celebrating today whicn coincides with my bday. I went through websites and was inspired with this idea .., so I made some little children as topper for a Chocolate Cake with Oreo Cookie Cream, not so in the mood but pray that the little kids will like it .. as I wasn't in the right mood, so the cake wasn't what I've actually in mind ., nonetheless - it's still a beauty :D

My advance Birthday Cake

I made this Strawberry Sponge with Strawberry Mousse with Strawberry Bits ... in a very simple design inspired by my forum friend. In fact, I don't quite fancy strawberries, but a few of our cell members don't like durian .. and chocolate will be too rich for their age.

Nothing fanciful as I feel that - to me, birthdays and whatever occassions, not important .. but my boys will like it.

Tomorrow is our Cell Group Meeting, so let our members bless me .. hopefully with our Lord's presence, bless me to have vision / dream to see my Jing Jing in heaven .. bless me with more of this .. AMEN!






This is a very very simple durian cake that I've made for my actual bday, initially really don't have the mood to make but Mike has already bought the durian ... and the boys were so eagerly wanted to bless me .. so, .. after much thoughts .. why not? but the cake was really tooooooooooo big ..

Astro Boy Cake

This is the "naked" durian cake, did not take photo for the chocolate cake .. :D

Made this Astro Boy Cake as requested by our Cell Leader's wife , Wee Leng, Yong De likes this cartoon character ..heeeeeeeeee, top layer is Chocolate Cake and bottom is Durian Cake .. made this on a wet weather, the side keep weeping, i was so worried that it is not successful. Praise the Lord !!!

Vivian'sBirthday

It was Mike's niece birthday yesterday, she requested me to bake cuppies for her, and left the theme for me to .. for a 13th yr old teen, I guess these should be nice for her to celebrate with her church friends.
