Warrior Castle Cake for my "Baby"

I love to call him 'baby' , although he is already 10 years old today .. haha

He asked for a Warrior Castle BUT must have his favourite stickman, he wants a stickman holding the shield and a sword .. another one trying to climb over to the castle .., so I put a crocodile beneath to wait upon him ..hahahahaha

Aleo was so anxious, once he reached home - the first thing he asked is "Mum, where is my cake?" so, no matter how tired I was .. I must make this little cake for him.

The Wheels on the Bus

Haha .. not sure if the name is correct, but it sure is a challenging task for me, initially I thought I only need to mould 'Beep the Bus', Humpty Dumpty, Twinkle Star or Daisy the Dog .. but didn't know that there were 4 little musical instruments - the band which consisting of bass, sax, trombone and drum like to pop onto the Bus to tour around by playing music .. my eyes nearly popped out when I saw them :O

Michelle Ong wanted all the characters including the Incy Wincy Spider but I can't accomodate all of them .. just hope that little Morris will be able to call out their names .. hahahahaha :D

Princess Theme Cake

Lilian wanted to have a princess theme cake and cuppies for her darling .. pastel purple, pink and green, cake toppers were provided by her too, and she brought a cupcake stand so that I can estimate if the cupcakes ordered is enough.

The main cake was supposed to be put on the top tier of the cupcake stand, but I couldn't put it on as the pole will make the cake base to be unbalanced :(

It's a 8" moist chocolate cake with passionfruit creamcheese butter cuppies.



So thankful to Lilian to email this photo taken by her photographer .. wow !! I was so amazed with how it turned out .. heeeeee .. pardon me for my very very lousy photos taken .. it really made a huge difference :D love it ;D

Thomas Train for Darius

I've never seen Thomas the train .. or Thomas the Engine Tank .. haha .. whatever the name .. ever since comes into baking - then realise there are so many cute cartoon characters around.

After seeing KH's Thomas train .. I really love to try to make it .. Praise God that He allows me to have a try on these train faces ..

Elaine wanted it to be an eggless cake, hmmm .. I really not used to the taste, but find that this one is afterall .. not too bad .. it's an Eggless Orange Buttercake.

This is a 8" round cake with 10 cupcakes in Pooh mixed theme.

Strawberry Shortcake

Sherryn wanted a strawberry shortcake theme cake for her little girl, and am so glad that she left the design to me :D

Praise God that I've managed to find some nice designs to mix and match them to get this ..

Another moist chocolate cake, but this time it's a 10" cake, so initially was quite worried that the space was too 'open' .. heeeeee

Minnie Mouse Cake

April requested for Minnie Mouse for her little Kayla .. and later asked to add in Mickey to keep her company ., after moulded Minnie, my sis told me that she looked proud - heeeee.. then shall make Mickey admiring his beauty with lots of love .. hahaha, Praise God that this time I've managed to get some likeness of them , after getting some inspiration from a cake photo.
