Little Caelen's caterpillar

Selena said that little Caelen likes that 'Very hungry Caterpillar' story, so she wanted to
have a caterpillar sitting on the cake ., with his name on it and butterflies, flowers in a
garden theme for his 1st Birthday Cake.

I used 1 x 6" and 1 x 8" square cake pans to cut the shape out for this moist cocholate cake.

Blessed Teachers' Day

To show our appreciation to the teachers from Geylang Methodist School (Primary)- Pr 6 Joy, I've made this cake to thank them for all the care, concern and love to my second darling - Aloysius and the whole class.

Our dearest Father in Heaven, I pray for your blessing for these teachers - Mrs Soh, Mrs Tan, Mdm Ng and Mr Derrick and give them much joy, wisdom and strength in teaching the children.. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Bear in Garden

Mike wanted me to bake a small cake to bless his japanese colleague, Ito San's wife - Hiroko .. they are a very nice couple whom gave us a nice japanese lunch treat several months ago.

I like this cake design and decided to make for her, as Japanese will surely loves flowers .., heeee

Castle Cake - Princess

Ginny wanted a princess castle , a princess with piglet on the cake, and alongwith cuppies to surround the cake for little Charlize.

However, this is definitely not a good weather for sugarpaste .. OH MY! seeing how my figurines 'prespired' really made my heart sank, I've actually made some Royal Icing tiaras for the cuppies but they collapsed, even the two towers on the top tier
are not strong and hard enough to stick on it.. oh dear!! need to pray ...

This is a small version of princess castle - I used 2 x 4" cake pan for the top tier, 7" for the bottom tier, both are Moist chocolate cake.

Hello Kitty

All the plastic figurines and candles were supplied by Elaine whom wanted a Hello Kitty theme for her darling Jeanie. She also wanted it to be sweet pink and garden theme, so I made some butterflies, bugs and flowers as requested.

It's a 6" x 10" cake, top tier is carrot cake and bottom tier is a moist chocolate cake.

Disney Car - Lightning McQueen

Hahaha, I really don't know much about all these cartoon characters, but they simply look too cute! .. When Adrain ordered this theme, I was a bit hesitate as to whether I should take , .. but after done some research - felt that I should be able to make it , although it still don't resemble the actual one, but I am somehow quite satisfied with it, Praise God, and hope that little Tristan will be happy with it too :D:D:D

Snow White & 7 Dwarfs

Deborah wanted to have a Snow White with her 7 little friends for her daughter's birthday to be celebrated together with our dear country, hence she requested for a National Day theme .., but oh ! heeee, my hair just kept falling off - how to make it a red & white cake with snowy and frenz ?? ahhhhhhh .. red flower, white flowers .. mushrooms .. whatever that can come to my mind, just use them .. hahaha

heee, yes another Strawberry shortcake order , I must agree that this theme is extremely sweet ..

This is for Cecilia's order , it's a 2 tier ( 6" x 8" ) Moist Chocolate Cake .. phew! tired .. having Cell group meeting tonight .. and Praise God that I still have enough time to tidy my house for His children to gather to worship HIM .. :D

Strawberry Shortcake with cuppies

Mike wanted to bless his colleague in his prayer group, so there is no reason for me not to do it, although I am really very very busy :D - as she is also my sis in Christ whom had been so faithfully praying with the others in the office with my hubby.

Siew Cheng wanted a Princess Castle Cake for her 2 lovely daughters whom will be celebrating their birthday on the same day .., she saw this design and hope to have a similar one but with her 2 Princess on it.

Sweetie Farm Cake - Pets & Bears

Lena wanted a 'Sweetie Farm' theme but wanted to have her 5 pets and 3 bears that her daughter loves to be in the cake. Oh ... oh ... oh ... the animals were really not easy to mould, the black & white cat alone - I've moulded it again and again .. for about 5 hours until I nearly burst into tears - so I prayed .. and rested before trying again ., although it still didn't resemble the cat, but I guess .. it did look like a cat .. heeeee.. Praise God!

This is another challenging job for me .. hahahahaha! Nicole also wanted a rainbow slide for the bear, I was telling her that I really have no confident to make it but I'll try .. :D She wanted it to be pastel yellow and purple for the cake
