I've tried making almond cookies since last year, but unsuccessful .. finally saw this almond sugi recipe .. hmmmmmmmmm, very very yummy .., they are crunchy ..just the way I love them, but gotta reduce the amount of sugar a bit. My friends tasted this cookies and love it, and requested me to include them in my CNY bake next year .. :D
