Katharyn was so happy to see the cake, and I am satisfied with the topper - putting she and little Alex close to each other in the heart of our Lord tells everything. ..
however since I didn't have enough cake layer to make the crumble all around the cake, heeeeeeeeeee.. so got to use sponge fingers to surround the rest..,
It was a Yam cake with fresh coconut and yam filling, cake texture was very soft, and filling was refreshing and many of them said that it was very nice .. nice combination .. !!
