Thin Crust Pizza

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Bing2 suddenly request for pizza as breakfast, so asked Mike to go to ShopNSave to buy ingredients, found this super easy recipe found in a forum for a thin crust pizza. I had been greedy to put too much cheese on it , so much so that they cover the ham, pineapple & button mushroom .. hahahahaha. The pizza is fantastic and the boys kept asking for more, which is no problem to me because the dough is too easy to make .. :D

Dough
(Yield: 2 pcs x 12 inch pizza)

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Plain Flour
2 Tsp Instant Yeast

Method:
1. Put ingredients ( in sequence ) in breadmachine. Knead using dough cycle. If the mixture is too dry, add some more olive oil to become dough.

Note: You may knead the above by hand, put everything in a bowl and knead for about 10 mins.

2. After the kneading cycle - breadmachine is completed, remove the dough from bread pan. Place the dough into a well greased bowl & make sure that the dough is coated with the oil. Cover with cling wrap and leave it to rise in a warm place or double in size, ( about 1 hour ).

3. Punch down dough & divide into 2 equal parts. Or you may divide them into 4 parts for personal pizza.

4. Lightly grease the pizza pan & floured with some flour so that the pizza will not stick when baked. Roll out dough and transfer to the pizza pan.

5. Spread tomato paste over the dough and add your favourite toppings and cheese.

6. Bake pizza in pre-heated oven 220C until crisp and brown on the bottom & cheese is melted on top (about 12 minutes). Ta-da !!! Serve hot and enjoy !

hmm, yes I think you need to bake slightly longer, or until you see the sides become brown .. it's the time that they turned crispy ..
