Victoria Sponge Strawberry Jam

I made this sponge, it is very soft and moist, as I am not a 'Cake Person', so need to ask my 2 darlings to give opinion, Aloysius said it was very soft and nice, but he doesn't like the jam, said that its to sourish sweet.

Thanks so much for your kind compliments.

I brought to church and let my pastor to taste, she and her friends like them .. said that the cake taste very nice .. Praise the Lord!
