I was nearly worn out this week with my cake orders, answering emails and household chores ., nearly wanted to stop baking for a while but once when I am into decorating .. I was fully charged again .. but when it's over, my lazy mode was on again .. hahahahaha

When Eileen emailed to me to make this Mickey Mouse cake, I've actually closed my order but since Carol Cheng has brought forward her cakes .. so I thought I should be able to do this cake for her .. however .. I've nearly forgotten that I've reserved the slot for her .. !!! Praise God that she emailed to check on the pick up date .. hahahahahaha

She left the design and colour to me except some request for bumble bees, toadstools .. green pasture :D :D :D

When Jaynie approached me to do My Melody theme .. my thought was - it must be something sweet looking, then went to do a search and knew that it's from Sanrio .. I like this charcter and felt that I should be able to mould them - so happily accepted this new challenge.

Carol Cheng ordered 2 cakes with same theme for 2 separate days to celebrate Nadya's 1st birthday, she was so nice to tell me that I may make the same design so that it will be easier for me .. however, I felt that she will be bored to see 2 same designs, so I've decided to make the second cake a little different from the first one.

Both are 3"+8" moist chocolate cakes.

Made this cake early in the morning before going to church on Sunday, although I was tired, but didn't want to dissapoint him .. Praise God that I can manage to complete it after I was back from church and really happy that he loves it so much .., hahahaha .. although he is already 16 this year .. but still childish hor .. hahahahahha .. he didn't allow anyone of them to cut the cake .. wanted to keep it for another day .. so sweet and cute of him .. hahahahahahaha !!
